The website profiexpats.com (the "Website") facilitates the exchange of information between users and registered financial advisors. The Website is operated by Nicolas Griss-Trempe, IČO: 05834716, business address Mezibranská 4, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic ("Profi Expats" used as a brand name for the group of advisors listed in section 12).
Profi Expats is not a separate legal entity. It is a group of advisors who provide financial product mediation services as tied agents (vázaní zástupci) of OVB Allfinanz, a.s., registered office V Parku 2343/24, Praha 4 – Chodov, PSČ 148 00, IČO: 48040410, DIČ: CZ48040410, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. B 9697 ("OVB"). OVB is registered with the Czech National Bank for insurance distribution under Act No. 170/2018 Coll., investment intermediation under Act No. 256/2004 Coll., supplementary pension savings intermediation under Act No. 427/2011 Coll., and consumer credit intermediation under Act No. 257/2016 Coll.
Through OVB Allfinanz, a.s., Profi Expats advisors mediate the following financial products and services. The exact regulated activity for each advisor is shown in the Registered Advisors section.

When a financial product is arranged, the advisor is remunerated through a commission paid by the partner institution whose product is arranged. For financial advisory itself, regardless of whether or not a product is ultimately arranged, the client does not pay the advisor directly. Commission structures are disclosed in accordance with applicable legislation and are detailed in the Incentives Policy section below, and in pre-contractual documentation provided prior to any product conclusion.

You may submit a complaint (stížnost) or claim (reklamace) through any of the following channels:
To ensure timely processing, please include your full name, date of birth, contact address, the relevant contract number (if applicable), a detailed description of the issue, identification of the persons involved, any supporting documents, and your preferred method of communication.
The standard processing period is 30 calendar days from the date OVB receives your complaint. If additional information is required, the processing period is paused until the requested information is provided. You will be informed if an extension is necessary.

OVB Allfinanz, a.s. is required by Czech law to maintain a transparent incentives and conflicts of interest policy. An incentive (pobídka) is any monetary or non-monetary benefit received in connection with the distribution of financial products that could potentially create a conflict of interest with the obligation to act in the best interest of the client. OVB does not accept or provide any inadmissible incentives, and its remuneration policies are structured so as not to motivate advisors to recommend unsuitable products.

All incentives accepted by OVB must comply with applicable legislation, must not conflict with the duty to act with professional care and in the client's best interest, and, in the case of investment services, must contribute to improving the quality of the service provided.
