Often yes, but the bank list shrinks. Several major Czech banks work with non-EU passport holders under specific conditions: minimum employment duration in Czechia, residence permit type, deposit size. Others don't. We know which banks tend to say yes and what each one needs to see. We've placed mortgages for US, UK, Asian, and Australian passport holders.
Pre-approval: typically 5 to 10 working days from when we have your full documentation.
Signing to drawdown: usually 4 to 8 weeks depending on the property and the bank.
Refinancing: generally 6 to 10 weeks.

No. Every conversation, document, and explanation we provide is in English. We translate Czech-language paperwork from the bank into plain-English summaries so you sign knowing exactly what you're agreeing to.
